People at Novus Clinic have exceeded my expectations with professional service and a friendly atmosphere. I have had a whole set of 28 crowns done and they look better than I have expected. Ihre Herangehensweise und ihr Engagement waren aussergewöhnlich. Ich bin extra aus der Schweiz nur für sie angereist. Sie haben mich am Flughafen abgeholt und mich zunächst ins Hotel gebracht. Am nächsten Tag haben sie mich von dort zur Klinik gebracht. Die Informationen in der Klinik und die Herangehensweise des Arztes haben mich sehr beruhigt. Es sind nun 2 Monate seit meiner Zirkoniumverblendung vergangen und ich bin sehr zufrieden. Ich danke Professor Candan und der Familie der Istanbul Dis Akademisi sehr.

I had a rhinoplasty as well as a lip lift with Dr. Atsal. Everything was great- the airport pick-up, the hotel, and of course, the surgery. I was very nervous to have it done, but the staff were very kind, and my results were very good. I am just over the three-month mark now, and I am healing very well and starting to see my final results. I am already thrilled, and I know I will be even happier when the last of the swellings subsides.

I have just returned home having had laser eye surgery through Sam Patient Services. I had initially thought I would have it done in the UK but I was quoted £4,500 so I decided to research going to Turkey - I have previously been to Izmir but via a different company. Having done my research I decided to contact Sam patient services where my coordinator (Murat)asked for information about my eyesight, general health questions etc and I sent them an eye report from the opticians so that the surgeon could review all the information to see if I was suitable. I was also advised that there were several options for laser eye surgery (all explained individually along with the prices and what was included I.e. accommodation, breakfast etc) and that this could be discussed with the surgeon as to which would be more suitable for me. The surgeon confirmed that I was suitable and I would be able to have the procedure in around 3 weeks time! I then paid a small deposit to secure my booking but the remaining balance would need to be pain in sterling on arrival - this is common practice in Turkey. On arrival to Izmir I was collected from the airport via VIP taxi service who took me to the hotel - the Ramada Encore. The hotel was lovely and I had a sea view room on the 17th floor. After a short time my coordinator arrived to take payment and explained we would then go to the eye hospital (only 5 minutes away). I had several tests at the eye hospital and everything was explained to me at all stages in the process. The English spoken was very good. I was then introduced to the eye surgeon who explained more about the procedures and I decided to have the ‘Smile’ surgery. I was told I was able to have the surgery in around an hours time! I was transferred with another representative from Sam (everyone I met from Sam spoke excellent English and were lovely!) via hospital minibus to the central location to have the surgery. I was gowned up and given some eye drops and pain relief before the surgery. There was no pain during the surgery and the surgeon spoke to me (again in very good English!) throughout the procedure which was very quick. Afterwards it was explained to me about taking my eye drops and medication and I was given protective glasses to wear and potential side effects. My eyes were a bit blurry afterwards and I just wanted to close them - it had been a long day so I made sure I had all the medication and went to sleep! I was booked in for a check up the next morning where I met the surgeon again who confirmed everything was a success and confirmed my eyes would continue to improve over the next 3 months. I could see so much better already! I was also given information on the procedure to take home with me along with further medication. The next day I did a tour to Ephesus which Sam patient services arranged and would recommend. The following day I returned home! It’s amazing the difference it has made already - my issue was distance and astigmatism. I would whole heartedly recommend Sam Patient Services and would contact them again if I wanted any further procedures. I felt reassured the whole time and anytime I needed to speak to my coordinator they were really responsive to my questions. I have not been paid for this review but believe that when good service is received it should be recognised.

The whole process from start to finish has been amazing. Everyone at the clinic has been outstanding with their service from x-rays to patient management and finally the dentist. Ali the dentist who did my treatment gave the best advice listened to all my thoughts on treatment and gave me the smile I have been wanting for years. I cannot thank everyone at Dentapoint enough for going above and beyond for me. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication.

Thanks to Aaron Peter and Antalya dental company I was diverted to Izmir dentist Cadde dental. Job they did is fantastic, visit the clinic twice, first they put in the implants and fix the front teeth, and the second time just finished. The result is stunning, I have 28 crowns,6 dental implants, bridges over them, a perfect smile, very happy, the staff is friendly very professional, every penny worth. l have paid hotel for treatment time and airport transfers,so for my understanding that is the best deal in the market so far. A month ago, I underwent a gastric sleeve procedure at Medhera's obesity clinic, and I'm already down 13lbs! I've never felt happier. Even though I travelled to Turkey alone, I never felt lonely. The entire staff was incredibly lovely; doctors checked in on me frequently, and a dietician was always available. Everyone was so kind and caring. Had implants fitted in June 22', returned November for the fitting of zirconia crowns. Orhan made everything go very smoothly and both the dentists who carried out my treatment were very professional. If you need implants or any kind of smile enhancement I recommend Perla.
