I made contact with Novus clinic through Whatclinic platform. Salma have contacted me the same day, and have made 3 different plans for me, which we discussed later. After explaining to me the 3 plans, I have made the decision to do the single-stage plan. I have booked a flight to confirm my reservation. Once I arrived at Istanbul airport the clinic driver was waiting to take me to the hotel. The next day I started the treatment. The procedure was professional and not so painful. The service was perfect. My contact Salma was with me every day during the treatment to translate and be sure that I receive the best service. After the treatment, I was very happy with the results and I had no pain at all. It was a good experience. I strictly recommend Novus clinic to everyone that want to have a nice smile with the best quality materials and services.

Having researched months prior and having had colleagues who went to other hospitals in Turkey for similar procedures my gut feeling was to go with Sam Patient services, purely due to the diligence and effort put into reassuring all my reservations and queries. I have never met such humble, honest and empathetic working professionals given that I come from medical background. The level of honesty and sincerity was out of this world. Care provided from the beginning of enquiry to day of discharge from; Gokmen his colleague my amazing Surgeon Dr Serhat Buldur and all the nurses including the cleaners, caterers, the VIP drivers with the smooth fast transition of transport to and from destinations which were already present and waiting on our arrival and the admin staff was impeccable and delivered at Gold Standard to say the least. I have already suggested multiple people from UK and I’ve only been back day!!!. That’s how happy I was with the level of service, care and honesty provided to me along my personal journey. Dr. Cinik's clinic really exceeded my expectations. The team picked us up on time from the air to the clinic and hotel and clinic. The inside of the clinic is nice and clean. The team is very professional, I could not count how many times I was called sir and spoken too politely. During the day of the hair transplants, they walk you through everything. They tell you what will be done and Dr. Cinik speaks with you before the operation. Do not be nervous about the language barrier. I promise you someone there speaks your language and if you want to know what is going on just ask. Like I said they are very polite. My friend and I chose this clinic because how responsive and professional they were. But once you get to Istanbul all you see is Dr. Cinik vans and patients all around. The clinic is well known and I’ve meet multiple people that were there a second time. My friend and I also received the dental cleaning and whitening. The dentist and assistant were very thorough. It was my first time getting my teeth whiten and my friend couldn’t believe the difference. I am very happy with the overall services at Dr. Cinik. The staff is wonderful and very professional. They know what they are doing. Thank you.

I had extensive dental work done at Esnan in Istanbul and my teeth were not in line as well as my bite. I sent photos to lots of dentists and they all told me the same that they were done wrong and needed to be done again. So I went with Cadde dentist and you can imagine I was very apprehensive but all I can say is thank you to all the staff at Cadde they work I had done is perfect and I would gladly recommend them to anybody. And to anybody thinking of getting their teeth done please just go to Cadde and it will save you alot of heartache and money.

Hello, I'm Katja and I had my operation a week ago. The whole team is very nice and always there when you need something. I was greeted warmly right at the airport. The doctor (Nuri Koşer) is also very friendly. There is no stress there at all. A nurse took time and patience with me at the beginning and walked with me and of course, helped with other things if necessary. Ayşe was also very caring and was always easy to reach when not in the hospital and also took a lot of time and patience with her patients. What was good for me was to run as much as possible, if possible of course. Now after a week, I'm feeling pretty good. You have to change your diet and make sure you don't wear too much, which can be difficult for some, but otherwise, everything is great and I'm of course looking forward to the next journey.

Just like to highly recommend Dr Kubra. I attended this clinic via consultations through Sarah who is working with Dr Kubra. Had crowns to be replaced and overcrowding to be rectified. All treatment was first class. Dr Kubra is a highly professional Doctor who listens to your needs and carries out work confidently and with great care. Sarah is a huge asset to that Company also translating and caring for the patients. Also the taxi service very reliable and supplied by this company. Very pleased with end result and will definitely return if any more work is needed. My family also attended there on my recommendation and was impressed and happy with the treatment.
