I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a seamless journey from the airport to the hotel and to the clinic. The whole process went exceptionally smoothly, thanks to an amazing team who really went above and beyond. The level of helpfulness and friendliness of the team was remarkable. From the moment I arrived, I felt well taken care of. I was at the clinic for a dental implant (single stage) and I must say that the doctors demonstrated a high level of competence. Their expertise and professionalism was evident throughout the procedure. I am really pleased with the overall experience and positive outcome of the dental implant. I first went to Izmir to have veneers fitted in 2007 and they lasted me until this year (2022) when the ageing process of shrinking gums etc dictated it was time to renew them. The dentist I saw in 2007 was not available, so I did some research and found West Dent Dental Clinic. I contacted their practice and had many WhatsApp chats with their staff who were always ready to answer any queries I had. I was researching three potential clinics, but chose West Dent based on feedback and price. I arrived in Izmir, using Turkish Airlines, late evening and was met by Cavit, who was my driver and point of contact for the duration of my stay. I attended the busy practice the next day (chauffeured by Cavit) and met the lovely English interpreter and the equally lovely and knowledgeable young lady dentist- unfortunately I do not know their names, but the dentist who treated me was named ‘Spring’ as an English translation. She quickly and efficiently removed my old veneers (I had the front six replaced). The operation was not painful, but was a bit uncomfortable. I was repeatedly offered anaesthetic if I felt I needed it. Once the old veneers were removed, my teeth were cleaned and impressions taken for the technician to work to. My veneers are porcelain. I went back two days later for a fitting. I had arranged to stay In Izmir for ten days so I could have a short break as well as dental treatment. When my new veneers were fitted I felt they were too large and before I could say anything, the dentist removed them from my mouth and immediately said she was not happy with them. She then took new impressions for a further set of veneers to be made. There was no fuss or drama, she wasn’t prepared to accept what, she considered to be, not good enough. As I said, I had 10 days in Izmir, so I had plenty of time to wait for the replacements. When the new veneers arrived they were a perfect fit, but very straight. I have an unusually large overbite and wanted them slightly shorter and slightly uneven. This the dentist achieved for me once they were cemented in. All my experiences at West Dent Clinic were positive. The staff were happy and obliging, nothing was too much trouble - would I recommend them? Yes, I definitely would. Some advice I would give is that if you are coming to West Dent for treatment, you should be prepared to be flexible with your appointment times. This is a busy dental practice subject to the dental needs and emergencies of their local patients. I had my appointment time changed a few times, but I was given plenty of notice and, as I was being collected, it made no difference to me. Once again, I would thoroughly recommend the staff and treatment I received at West Dent Clinic. Thank you lovely team-I think about you every time I smile.With kindest regards to you all.

I have just had some crowns & implants fitted by Dr Cem! I travelled from London for treatment! It was all very easy to organise the work was done with no issues & I have great results! the cost was half of what it would have been in the UK! I will be going back to have all my teeth done next year! I was given his name by a friend who had used him & now I fully recommend him!

I had extensive dental work done at Esnan in Istanbul and my teeth were not in line as well as my bite. I sent photos to lots of dentists and they all told me the same that they were done wrong and needed to be done again. So I went with Cadde dentist and you can imagine I was very apprehensive but all I can say is thank you to all the staff at Cadde they work I had done is perfect and I would gladly recommend them to anybody. And to anybody thinking of getting their teeth done please just go to Cadde and it will save you alot of heartache and money.

What can I say Medhera Health and team are amazing, I was a high risk case having a heart condition and I had the best care everything was perfect from the moral support to pain relief and observation after the operation. Medhera's doctor, the interpreter’s Tolunay and the lovely dietitian, the nurses was all just amazing people nothing was to much trouble. I am so pleased with my treatment by Dr Yildrim. I had 4 replacement white fillings, 6 composite bonds to my top teeth and whitening. The results are amazing. First let me explain why Dr Yildrim is the best dentist you can pick in Turkey. He is extremely qualified, skilled, professional, ethical and a true artist. I researched for months before I decided to go to this Dr and I totally made the right choice. Staying at the hotel I met numerous other dental patients having treatment in various clinics. They were with "the big companies" and I can truly say their experience did not match mine. I had a schedule of when I would be treated before I left the UK. Fellow travelers, not at my clinic, would merely get a text on the day saying to be ready in hour or so. They would get cancelled for the day or treatment deferred to hours before they left to go back home or arrive at the clinic and be waiting for hours to be seen. Our experience was totally different, we were seen at the time stated on our plan - this enabled us to plan our days, around our schedule and enjoy some much needed rest in beautiful Turkey. I received a very personal and focused treatment plan and care. I would be the only patient in the clinic and had the full focus of the Dr and nurses. All of them were fantastic. Aleyna and Mehircan would hold your hand reassure you as they assisted the Dr work to the highest standard. I had no pain as I was given plenty of anesthetic for each treatment. Everyone commented on how amazing my teeth looked at the hotel. All asking for my Dr's name and details - despite having just received their own treatment elsewhere. Everyone loved the fact I had such a personal experience as they had felt, on occasions, they were on a conveyor belt of dental patients. Lastly I have to mention the amazing Tulay who organised the whole thing for me. The costing, hotel, transfer and schedule. She was there every time I was there to translate and reassure. Before I left the Uk I was nervous, fearful of the dentist and most of all conscious of my teeth. Leaving Turkey i felt far more confident, happy and that Dr Yildirim, Tualy, Aleyna and Mehircan- were my friends. The clinic was spotless. Lovely staff who put my mind at ease. I actually didn't realise that my procedure had been all done as all I felt was a little discomfort, I had all my own teeth removed a bone graft, two sinus lifts, also a cyst that was found on the X-ray that had to be cut out and treated, and the all on six implants on my top jaw and six implants on the bottom. Temporary teeth are fine but I can't wait to go back for my proper ones. I'm so excited.

The doctor who did my treatment is highly qualified and experienced. She did surgery and cleaned my teeth. I need to come again for 2nd treatment in a few months' time. Cost can be 25% higher than the estimated cost due to the tax and other administrative cost.
