I made contact with Novus clinic through Whatclinic platform. Salma have contacted me the same day, and have made 3 different plans for me, which we discussed later. After explaining to me the 3 plans, I have made the decision to do the single-stage plan. I have booked a flight to confirm my reservation. Once I arrived at Istanbul airport the clinic driver was waiting to take me to the hotel. The next day I started the treatment. The procedure was professional and not so painful. The service was perfect. My contact Salma was with me every day during the treatment to translate and be sure that I receive the best service. After the treatment, I was very happy with the results and I had no pain at all. It was a good experience. P.S I had 11 implants, 12 extractions, bone grafting and sinus lifting and then 24 zirconium crowns ( individual and implant supported bridges) Most of the work work was done in the first week there in May and I have just returned last week from having my second visit where my permanent crowns/bridges were fitted. Excellent value and the hotels they put me in ( the qinn and Ramada Plaza) were a treat too.

I went to the Clinic last September and had some teeth extracted and implants installed. Now that Turkey is off the U.K. Red list I can’t wait to have my treatment completed. I have full confidence in the Clinic, I was very impressed during my first visit and treatment. They put me at ease before and during my treatment. Being a nervous patient with several problems caused by incompetent NHS dentists in the UK, I am delighted to find this wonderful lady. Where UK dentists were keen on extraction, I have been advised to have crowns fitted instead. The treatment was painless and the cost of three crowns cheaper than for one in the UK. I arrived at the clinic nervous and unhappy with a crooked smile that had been part of my life for 30 years plus. Having proper dental phobia it wasn't an easy decision to make but knew that I needed to do something. A friend recommended Dr Binnur and her clinic and I am so glad that they did. From first meeting my host Muhlis everything was explained and no question was too daft or too much trouble. The hotel arrangements done for me and I couldn't have asked for a better location with just a short drive to the clinic on the days my treatment was needed. The drivers were always prompt and made sure I got to my appointments. The whole team at the clinic put my mind at ease, from the girls behind reception and the various dental assistants who were at times genuinely worried about me. Finally the dentists, Dr Binnur and Dr Cemre, both worked with me even though at times I was petrified. By the end of my time there I was joining in with the music and trying out my Turkish phrases that I had learned. I had 8 crowns in the upper, 4 in the lower along with 4 root canals. I got the smile that I wanted and needed. It is an experience I will never forget and hopefully my confidence grows as wide as the new smile across my face!

The clinic is very close to Beşiktaş and in a central location, so I had no problems with transportation. Thanks to the quick completion of the teeth whitening process and the central location of the clinic, I had the opportunity to visit Istanbul.

Me and myself have just came back for a 5 day smile make over with this clinic And we cannot recommend enough. I was very scared and my dentist was Dt Merve and she was so patient with me and so lovely. My husband dentist was Dt Oguzhan And again he had a really good experience. Everyone was so kind to us, and the clinic was lovely! Our patient Co ordinator Danielle was so sweet as well, and helps me so much with my nerves, being English that helped too as sometimes she could translate. Anyone that feels unsure about going to Turkey shouldn’t be, I would much rather go there than any English dentist. Can’t thank the clinic enough

I'm so glad I chose Dent Royal for my dental treatment. They were so friendly and very informative which put me at ease as I was a bit nervous about having my treatment done in Turkey. I had heard a lot of different and horrible stories from people and social media. But I needed to get my treatment at a price that was affordable for me. Thanks to China, I was able to ask everything I needed and wanted to know before committing to my treatment. It took me almost 2 months to decide and I spoke to several different clinics during that time. But China gave me the time I needed to answer my questions and sent me all the details about the company. The clinic was very modern and clean with friendly people who really care about patients and their peace of mind. I must say that I had very little pain and Dr Ebru was very quick. She listened to me and gave me the chance to decide before doing anything, I had the chance to choose the colour and size of my teeth. I was very afraid of having plastic-looking teeth. Just got back to the UK after having 12 implants. We were treated to outstanding service, the staff are very helpful and explained all the treatment and made sure we understood everything. Great communication letting us know when we would be picked up to go to the clinic. The clinic I would give a 10 out of 10 with high-end technology and equipment.
