I had Mommy Makeover on 3/8/22 with Surgero. I am a mom of two grown children and at 49 years old I wanted to do something special for myself after all these years. I had a 100 lb weight loss that I’ve kept off for the past 5 years which left loose hanging skin around my abdomen & breast area. After years/hours of working out, I quickly realized the skin could not be toned & back to its normal shape and needed to be surgically removed. The concierge from the very beginning was polite, and professional and answered all my questions. I was booked a year out by choice to save up enough funds as I was paying in cash. From there the process was very smooth and I only had to book my flight to İstanbul, Turkey . Surgero remained in close contact with me throughout the weeks leading up to my procedure which I was thankful for! I was greeted by my coordinator after their driver picked me up from airport. I met my surgeon a day before of my surgery, and they said it’s better to have 2 consultations (1 a day before surgery day and 1 on surgery) to have better communication/understanding between the surgeon and the patient. My surgeon was Dr. T and let me tell you he was the sweetest, kindest, most professional surgeon that I could’ve asked for. He answered all my questions with the utmost sincerity and clarity on what needed to be done with my mommy makeover. I loved him and have recommended her to several of my colleagues, family and friends. I am now scheduling for a Brazilian butt lift with him for spring of 2023. At first, I was slightly worried about my surgical procedure (as another person would) - but I was reassured constantly by my consultant who was always approachable, and answered any concerns that I may have had. My experience in Türkiye was delightful, and the staff were professional and polite. My operation was a success and the Doctor was always available afterwards if I needed any questions answered. I would recommend this practice to anyone and hopefully next year, I shall return for further surgical treatment. ☺️

Hair transplant - 1-year review I can not fault the Surgery Group at all through the whole process so far. I 1-year post-op and the results are beyond my wildest dreams! I was initially supposed to be having my transplant in Turkey last summer but due to coronavirus, I could not travel last year. I then looked into a transplant in the UK. I had a couple of online consultations with other, better-known companies but luckily for me, I found Matthew and the Surgery Group. The initial thing that drew me to this business was that it was a considerably lower price than other organisations, but after speaking to Matthew it becomes apparent that I wasn’t only getting a lower price, I was also getting a very personal experience in which I felt looked after and cared about. On the day of the surgery, Dr Ismail and his team were very honest and informative about what was going to happen. They drew an initial hairline that I wasn’t happy with so I asked them to modify this and they did. They even took more grafts than they needed to cover the area in order to make the front have a higher density. Throughout the whole process, I felt minimal pain, only for the anaesthetic injections and when hair was taken from the nerve endings. Overall a really professional procedure in which I felt safe, secure and cared for at all times. After the procedure, it was made clear what to do for aftercare and Matthew was available for the days after the procedure and beyond. He has continued to give me great advice over the phone all year, always replying within 10 minutes. For a lower price, I got exactly the same (or better) as I would have got with any better-known clinic in the UK. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I love the clinic and my nurse, and the rest of the staff. I do Treatment for Wrinkles and fillers. The prices for the treatments are great and they give you deals as a regular client. Thank you skin Vitality for making me look good. I am 73 and look like 60.
