I went for a consultation expecting a transplant. I was informed of plasma treatment and laser options with supporting treatment. I opted for this based on Tracy's recommendation and haven't looked back. The results have been really impressive, progressively getting better over a 6-month duration. Plasma treatment by Luke was a massive help and Trisha helped me through the laser therapy sessions. I highly recommend HLC at Preston and got excellent support and service from Tracy, Luke and Trishsa.

After visiting Dr Raquel today 05/07/22 I would like to express my fantastic experience. Dr Raquel is extremely a lovely beautiful lady inside & out that I cannot thank enough. Her knowledge is absolutely amazing & explained everything to me in full detail and really gives you the time and made me feel so much better about my appearance and how I was feeling. The clinic is stunning and everything so clean and spotless. I have never been anywhere before that I have felt so comfortable & could explain what my concerns are about myself & Dr Raquel listens and gives you the best advice and helped me so much. Nice friendly company. Had 2 face moles removed. Very reasonably priced compared to others. The Dr was reassuring and did the procedure very quickly. Minimal scaring is left behind after 3 months. Would definitely use again and recommend. Thank you.

Came across this clinic by chance on Facebook and I’m so glad I did! We spoke over the phone first and were really impressed with the questions etc asked. When I attended the clinic it was lovely and clean and the owners were super friendly. I felt completely at ease and felt I could ask questions etc. I had a facial done and was given some home skincare too. I also didn’t feel pressured into buying any products or booking any extra services. My face feels and looks a lot better and I feel more confident in myself. I had this treatment as my hair was thinning at the top and I was worried about my hair loss. I had an initial consultation where the problems of the hair loss was discussed and possible treatment. I had the hair laser treatment weekly alongside other hair products and tablets. I followed this for 1 year and the change in my hair was amazing. I grew new hair and the hair loss had massively reduced. I was very pleased with the results.
I've had two treatments here in 2019 and June 2022 as my hairloss had progressed and wanted additional work done on my crown. The results have been excellent. I have recommended them to family and friends. Very happy with the results.
