Got a same day appointment when I realised something was wrong. A nice young Thai doctor agreed with my diagnosis and referred me to hospital where I was promptly treated by one of the surgeons. All very efficient and I wouldn't have been treated so quickly back home in the UK.

Have been to many but I loved the way the treatment was handled and information and costs for another treatment I never knew about and will do soon. Absolutely was no pressure just wanted to let me know as was the awesome manner of the young man doing my treatment (so sorry forgot your name but 10/10 great customer service).

I was treated for age spots on my back and face. The doctor went above and beyond what I expected. The staff we friendly and kind. I have no hesitation in recommending this clinic to anyone as I was very happy overall with the service and cost of the procedure.

Proderm took care of my minor skin issues quickly and professionally. They were able to do the job while assuring me that there was no obvious skin cancer. I had 8 skin tags near my eyes removed, a mole on my nose and two large beign moles removed from my back and upper thigh. The laser treatment was a little painful but the results are excellent.

This morning, I met the doctor and his team for my first consultation. They are all very kind and professional. I'm looking forward to meeting them for my next appointment which my problem will be addressed professionally.

Had a few skin tags removed with Cryo pen, great booking process, answered all my questions and booked in within the same week. The doctor explained everything in the consultation, and then I had the procedure, also spoke about a mole I have been concerned about, and the doctor did advise. Highly recommend! The doctors were very experienced and professional. Recommended the best solution to my problem and saw massive improvements after treatments. Always follow up with me the day after my treatment to check the condition of my skin. Most important is they don't push packages or subscriptions. The staff and doctors are very friendly too!

I had an eyelid surgery with lip injections. Lower eyelid, fat injection and upper eyelid. It takes time to see the results but in a few weeks that was wonderful! Professional team, very good work and nice assistance from Elizabeth who welcomed me very well during my stay in Budapest. I did a follow-up in my country to check the eyelids and remove the strips as I did not stay long and my doctor noticed that the job has been done in an excellent way! I recommand Mona Lisa!

My treatment was hands down the best treatment ever received at a doctor's office. The procedure was done totally pain-free. I loved this experience. Lovely office and staff. The doctor was wonderful and very accommodating. Everything was explained to ensure all options were explored and all risks understood.
