Recently had an upper blepharoplasty with Dr Seth. First time having anything like this done and I was so nervous but both Jemma and Dr Seth and the nurse made it as stress-free as possible as well as answering my thousands of questions and any concerns thus far into the healing process. After being rejected by the NHS for a condition I have had for 8 years I desperately looked for help in the Dorset area. Took potluck as Wimborne was not too far from home. I sent my problem to the Skin Clinic and was seen and treated within 10 days, having been dealt with on the same day as the diagnosis. The doctor and nurse were great and although it cost me a bit it was worth not having to be so self-conscious for more years. Reception could have put me at ease better though.
