I only had a retainer made. It is fine. They came and picked us up and took us back over the border which was really helpful. I will go back next time I need a dentist. This is the only out of five clinics that contacted me!

I can't say enough about these folks. On-time, within budget, excellent service and I have the best teeth I could ever ask for!! The cost was very reasonable, the experience was the best it could be and I am so happy with my new teeth, I just can't stop smiling!!! The process was easy, too. Jumped on a plane, and there was a driver waiting for me at the airport (on a Sunday!) who took me to my hotel. Monday I was in the chair, and by Friday I had fantastic teeth. I had lots of time available to explore Costa Rica. All in all, this was a fantastic process, I would recommend Prisma Dental to any one, even my Mom! :)

I just went last week and it was a very good experience. I had 4 Veneers done and they came out beautiful. I will be returning for the 1 Crown I still need. Everyone in the office speaks English, was very helpful and willing to go the extra mile if you need directions or a place to eat nearby. This was my first trip to Mexico for dental work. I was a little apprehensive not knowing the procedures of crossing the border. Turns out it was really easy, drive to the border, turn right into parking lot on Texas side. $2 to park and another $1 fee to walk into Mexico (.30 cents for return) Dentist office was a short walk away. Upon my initial exam, I was asked why I wanted a root canal when a filling would suffice the problem.....at the advise of my tech. I choose the $60 filling over the root canal, post, crown route my local dentist advised... The procedure went well with no issues. Very happy with the services received. Nothing but positive things to say. I originally saw Dr. Ismael in 2019 and once again had the pleasure of bring in Jordan and having dental work done here. I had a failed implant done in the USA (2022) and a little bit unsure of dentists after that but confident that Dr. Ismael would be able to succeed where the other dentist had failed. Following my implant, I can now smile without covering my face and my words are better understood... and the time and patience he took to get the correct colouring on the crown has been well appreciated by me. Additionally, he was able to work with my schedule and fit several appointments in timely. A very happy patient and plan on returning -- even when not working in Jordan

Even though I decided on a different practice, Dr Guerra was extremely helpful throughout. A prompt first-day response, follow-up with excellent explanations and information. His diligence was and is greatly appreciated.

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent, professional care I received at Magic Tooth Dental Center. All the staff were very helpful, knew their duties, and executed them well. There was also a very nice relationship between the staff. An added bonus was that it was super clean. I had not been to a dentist during COVID so had a full set of x-rays and a cleaning. The staff clearly knew what they were doing and I have every confidence the care I received was top notch. The price was a bargain. I was also impressed that the staff did not try to sell me more than I needed.

My first treatment with Dr Diego Rosales concerning ongoing dental concerns as described in other later reviews ( as the full treatment has been a continuing process for 10 days.) was on the 15th. I had a lot of work to be done! He talked about all options and immediately made me feel comfortable, confident and at ease. His knowledge and expertise are incredible. He speaks fluent English with ease which had been a problem a few years ago when I tried to have dental work in Mexico. I have had nearly daily appointments with Dr Diego Rosales since and I am constantly astonished at his technical skills, his concern and professional care for patients and continued amazing work. The clinic is always impeccably clean and well organised.

I came to see Dra. Meneses to obtain a mouth guard for sleep. I was able to get an appointment on short notice. The clinic is very clean and comfortable. I had to wait a little bit as the doctor was running late with a patient but the receptionist kindly let me know and told me it would not be long. Dra. Meneses is very friendly and professional. I had a mould taken on Tuesday and my mouth guard was ready on Thursday. I am very happy with the service and would come back again.

We were on holiday in Croatia when a crown came undone. I looked online to find the dentist with the best reviews close to us and I walked into this clinic. To my surprise, I could be seen straight away. The crown was put back in. Very happy with the quick treatment.

I have a big treatment at The East Rose Dental in April 2023. ALL on 4 Zygoma implant on upper arch and 12 zirconia crowns on the lower. After 2 weeks and I my Hollywood smile which I cannot afford at my country. I love my new smile so much. I can smile to everyone now. I am so happy. In 2018 I received full mouth upper and lower dental implants by Dr Shah at Dental serenity. I had no problem with my implants they were wonderful. This year I had an accident and my upper implants were affected. I immediately contacted Dr Shah at Dental serenity and was on my way to India. Due to a flight cancellation, I did not get into India until 3:00 a.m. Sunday morning November 6th at 10:00 a.m. on that same Sunday I was in the chair and she was working on me. I had Zygomatic implants put in my upper jaw. November 13th I was flying home to the USA with all brand new upper and lower and spent less than $10,000 on the entire trip. I am very thankful that Dr Shah and dental Serenity was there for me as I could never afford this treatment in the USA. I recommend Dr Shah to anyone needing quality implants of any kind. Thank you Dr Shah for not only saving me one time but fixing what could have been a disaster and a very expensive situation and for working on a Sunday morning. I now have a friend who is a dentist and a dentist who is a friend they are truly great people and I thank them for being there.

My 14-year-old daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Juan and he did an amazing job. She was put solely on local anesthesia during the surgical procedure but Dr. Juan worked fast yet gentle enough for a young person to tolerate the procedure without sedation. He and Dr. Karen as well as their staff are very nice and friendly. Dr Karen also kept in touch via WhatsApp to monitor how my daughter was recovering. When we had some doubts, Dr. Juan did not hesitate to send a 2-minute voice recording on WhatsApp for very clear instructions. Their clinic provides a positive, welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable dental service provider.

Amazing treatment from start to finish. Door to door transport from hotel. I had a full white smile within a week! Would highly recommend. Very affordable and with a lovely holiday to complement. Worth every penny!
