The expertise, workmanship, professionalism, support and attention to detail of Dr Sabri were all astounding and I cannot overrate the treatment and care I received. It was the most incredible experience of dentistry I have had (and, unfortunately for me, I have had considerable dentistry over the years - culminating in the need for this all-on-four procedure for my top jaw). I will need major implant/rebuilding work on my bottom jaw next and I am now actually looking forward to it! From start to finish it was clear that Sabri was only interested in the very best result, using the best and highest quality equipment and lab work available. Sabri has a tremendous manner – highly supportive and friendly - and, coupled with his huge experience with thousands of major procedures, he is a true master of his profession.

Okay, I keep this short. Everything went well with airport pick-up to the hotel. The next day I had my consultation and X-ray to see what treatment was needed. Dr Sabit was amazing with the 5 extractions and implants fitted, I didn’t find it painful at all. Was provided with antibiotics and painkillers and 3 days later aftercare check-up and temporary denture! I like to thank the clinic prime team for their support and professionalism!

I have just returned home having had laser eye surgery through Sam Patient Services. I had initially thought I would have it done in the UK but I was quoted £4,500 so I decided to research going to Turkey - I have previously been to Izmir but via a different company. Having done my research I decided to contact Sam patient services where my coordinator (Murat)asked for information about my eyesight, general health questions etc and I sent them an eye report from the opticians so that the surgeon could review all the information to see if I was suitable. I was also advised that there were several options for laser eye surgery (all explained individually along with the prices and what was included I.e. accommodation, breakfast etc) and that this could be discussed with the surgeon as to which would be more suitable for me. The surgeon confirmed that I was suitable and I would be able to have the procedure in around 3 weeks time! I then paid a small deposit to secure my booking but the remaining balance would need to be pain in sterling on arrival - this is common practice in Turkey. On arrival to Izmir I was collected from the airport via VIP taxi service who took me to the hotel - the Ramada Encore. The hotel was lovely and I had a sea view room on the 17th floor. After a short time my coordinator arrived to take payment and explained we would then go to the eye hospital (only 5 minutes away). I had several tests at the eye hospital and everything was explained to me at all stages in the process. The English spoken was very good. I was then introduced to the eye surgeon who explained more about the procedures and I decided to have the ‘Smile’ surgery. I was told I was able to have the surgery in around an hours time! I was transferred with another representative from Sam (everyone I met from Sam spoke excellent English and were lovely!) via hospital minibus to the central location to have the surgery. I was gowned up and given some eye drops and pain relief before the surgery. There was no pain during the surgery and the surgeon spoke to me (again in very good English!) throughout the procedure which was very quick. Afterwards it was explained to me about taking my eye drops and medication and I was given protective glasses to wear and potential side effects. My eyes were a bit blurry afterwards and I just wanted to close them - it had been a long day so I made sure I had all the medication and went to sleep! I was booked in for a check up the next morning where I met the surgeon again who confirmed everything was a success and confirmed my eyes would continue to improve over the next 3 months. I could see so much better already! I was also given information on the procedure to take home with me along with further medication. The next day I did a tour to Ephesus which Sam patient services arranged and would recommend. The following day I returned home! It’s amazing the difference it has made already - my issue was distance and astigmatism. I would whole heartedly recommend Sam Patient Services and would contact them again if I wanted any further procedures. I felt reassured the whole time and anytime I needed to speak to my coordinator they were really responsive to my questions. I have not been paid for this review but believe that when good service is received it should be recognised.

I was a bit anxious at first about getting an implant, however I was greeted by Oguz (Ozzy) who with a warm friendly greeting put me at ease and stayed with me to act as translator at the clinic and was always easy to contact. The hotel was clean, really nice and next to the clinic so it was only a minute to get there. The dental clinic was clean, airy and spacious. The X-ray machine was state-of-the-art along with the rest of the facility. The surgeon, Dr Boron explained the procedure and made sure I was fully aware of the procedure, all my questions were answered. He was very professional and friendly, even the injections didn't hurt! At the end of treatment, I was given all the medication I required and instructions from Oguz and even an icepack to help with swelling! The entire experience was better than expected and if you are considering dental treatment, I can highly recommend Dentapoint (Qunomedical). 1st class staff and facilities

This review is long overdue. What can I say except Dr Osman and his team are truly amazing. I flew to Antalya in August 2019 to begin my treatment. I was met at the airport by a lovely driver and taken to my hotel. On the Monday, I was collected from the hotel by the driver and taken to the clinic. I was really impressed on my arrival as every inch of the clinic was spotless. My treatment has been first-class since day one as I have been a patient at the clinic for 4 Years! I even visited the clinic to have my permanent teeth fitted once the Covid 19 restrictions were lifted as I’d been wearing my temporary teeth for nearly 18 months. What can I say Dr Osman is an amazing restorative dentist and in my opinion the best in his field. I have an imperfect amazing smile thanks to him my smile is so natural. Dr Osman is amazing and constructed for me a natural white set of teeth which I absolutely love. My treatment consisted of 11 implants a sinus lift and bone grafting. I have also had injections in both my cheeks to relax the muscles in my jaws as on further examination at the clinic it was found that I grind my teeth. The whole experience for me at the Umut Dental clinic has been amazing any concerns or problems I encountered have been resolved swiftly and I can honestly say I would do it all again. The pain I felt during the implantation of my implants was managed well and I would like to once again personally thank everyone at the Umut Clinic for all for their professionalism and expertise. Hopefully, I’ll see you all later in 2024 for a check up. I had a very good experience at Denhub, when getting my implants done. Gozde and all the staff were amazing and were so kind. We were transported from our 5 star hotel to the clinic and picked up again after treatment. I’m looking forward to seeing them all again for my second appointment in December. I would fully recommend this clinic to anyone.

I went to the Clinic last September and had some teeth extracted and implants installed. Now that Turkey is off the U.K. Red list I can’t wait to have my treatment completed. I have full confidence in the Clinic, I was very impressed during my first visit and treatment. They put me at ease before and during my treatment. All the staff are extremely friendly and I was treated like a VIP. I can highly recommend the clinic. They are so professional and experts in their treatments.

I had a gastric sleeve on 04/03/2024! Absolutely outstanding clinic, and the staff are so nice. I couldn't have asked for a better bunch of staff. The surgeon is amazing! He came and seen me every day. Also, not to forget about my coordinator Asli. She really is awesome. That girl is hilarious. I had some really good laughs with her. After not looking after my teeth for many years, I decided to find a dentist to sort my teeth out properly. I came across Dr Kubra on this site and I couldn’t be happier. Dr Kubra is a very caring and kind lady. At our first meeting, she made me feel at ease by explaining what I needed to be done. I had a sinus lift, two root canals and preparations for the implants. I am looking forward to going back to have the implants fitted and veneers. I could not believe the price for the work being done on my teeth. The UK dentist is far more expensive and I don’t feel that they can offer the great service I have received. Dr Kubra has a modern clinic and great staff. See you in September
