I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Kadri Ila and the whole team of Vanity Clinic for the great service and experience with my rhinoplasty procedure. Everyone was very professional and welcoming from the day I was picked up at the airport until departure. T he procedure went very well and I’m in the process of recovery right now, but I already can see that the final result is going to be very beautiful. I flew from the United States and was picked up at the airport by the Vanity Clinic transfer. Next day I had my blood work done. On the day of the surgery I met with my coordinator Yavuz, nurse and Dr. Ila. During the consultation with the doctor, he made a visual simulation of the future nose shape. I had surgery the same day and stayed at the hospital until felt okay to go to the hotel. Splint was removed on the 6th day after the surgery and Dr. Ila explained the healing process and massaging technique. Can’t be more thankful to the doctor and the whole Vanity Estetik Team, especially Yavuz and Onur who assisted me along the way with answering questions and paperwork.

I have already undergone surgery twice at Dr Subjected to Toncic. I had a breast reduction more than ten years ago and a full facelift (neck and face) seven weeks ago. Both times the decision to undergo such a surgical procedure was not easy for me and I hesitated for a long time before weighing up all the advantages and possible risks, even if they were minimal. Especially during the second operation, I needed more time and Dr. Dinko Toncic was available to answer all my questions at any time, whether in an on-site consultation or via WhatsApp (since I come from abroad), and thus support me in my decision-making process. Today I am incredibly happy that I decided to have these operations. Both operations are possible thanks to the excellent professional knowledge and experience of both doctors, Dr. Rajko Toncic and Dr. Dinko Toncic and the professionalism of the entire team, went completely smoothly and to my complete satisfaction. From the first contact to the final check, I was looked after extremely professionally but also warmly by the entire team and I felt absolutely safe and in good hands. Despite the initial pain, which you naturally experienced immediately after such an operation and which subsided very quickly, I felt very comfortable and in good hands during my stay in the clinic. The clinic is beautifully and modernly furnished and there is a warm atmosphere. Many thanks to Dr. Rajko and Dr. Dinko Toncic and the whole team and especially big thanks to Dr. Dinko Toncic, who looked after me so professionally during the last operation and afterwards and carried out the full facelift to my complete satisfaction. Dr Gorkem and his team are excellent, they go above and beyond to provide the very best service. Dr Gorkem is a very knowledgeable and skilled surgeon and I felt very safe in his hand. I am very happy with the Chin Liposuction he performed for me, and would definitely recommend this procedure with Dr Gorkem Atsal Clinic to anyone who is thinking of having this treatment carried out in Turkey. The kindness and support were there 24/7 not only from Dr Gorkem himself but also from his very helpful assistance team. I hold a very special place in my heart for Nilsu in particular, as she is simply the best, so kind, so caring, reassuring and informative. Being picked up from the airport and being chauffeured to and from the hospital etc, which is all included in the price, is also a fantastic part of their service. Plus having one of the assistants with you to greet you, answer any questions and interpret was so valuable, it made me feel not alone. Dr Gorkem Atsal Clinic also arranged dentistry for me as well while I was there, and they took me to a top-quality zirconia crown dental specialist who made and fitted me the most amazing new teeth and smile, very happy and proud to show off my new smile.

Breast reduction and lift. From the moment I reached out to Catch Life, I have received professional care. My coordinator Mari answered all my questions and concerns swiftly. When I arrived in Turkey I had my driver who took me straight to the hospital for blood tests and X-ray, then to a 4-star hotel - which was amazing. On the day of the surgery, I was supported by Sibel and Mari who were so attentive, that I met my surgeon and discussed the procedure in detail. I had an ECG for the anesthetiser to assess and then I was given the all-clear for my op. Post op I have been visited by my surgeon twice, Sibil and Mari came to visit. The following day the surgeon came to remove the drains. He made sure I was happy. He was gentle and attentive. Sibil and Mari also came and I was driven back to the hotel, with my medication to rest and recover (read a book around the pool). I have had messages asking about my well-being. From start to finish Catch Life has been so supportive, and professional and made me feel so special. I feel so looked after, I’m pleased with my results and I wouldn’t hesitate to return for more. I took my husband as a travel companion and he was so impressed he decided to have dental work done while he was here. If you’re thinking about having a procedure done. I 100% recommend Catch Life. You are treated like a VIP and have such good value for your money. You won’t be disappointed.

I had a Septor Rhinoplasty and it was great to feel so welcomed and doctor was amazing first, during and after surgery. Paying attention to every detail. Very happy with final result so far. I also had a hair transplant. Dr. Cinik was amazing as always, great work and fantastic staff. I'm completing 7 days after that and I'm happy with the result so far. I came to Istanbul to have a breast reduction. Medulux health and my PA Emin were fantastic throughout the whole experience. From the flight to transfer once landing in Instanbul, I was made to feel very at ease and considering I was going there for surgery I didn’t feel nervous at all. We were taking to a small town called ortakoy which is such a lovely place for sightseeing! Had some food and got to know our PA a little more face to face. From there straight to the hospital for paperwork and to get comfortable for the evening before surgery to next day. The nurses were fabulous. I slept really well that evening. Again the next day I wasn’t nervous, I met the fabulous Dr Cem, my surgeon who was extremely professional and again made me feel very at ease. I had very large heavy breast so I don’t know what I was expecting but I can honestly say I’m incredibly happy with my surgery. He did a fantastic job and I’ve tonnes more confidence. After two days at hospital, I went to stay in a gorgeous hotel in ortakoy called the crowne plaza. It was absolutely beautiful. Everyone again was so helpful. The food was incredible! You really did feel like royalty. The surgery, transfers and hotel were all included with no hidden costs. You knew exactly where you stood. This was all sorted out by Medulux health and of course Emin. We literally didn’t have to make any arrangements, it was such a breeze and very relaxing after my recovery. Since surgery, I speak to Emin as he always checks in to see how I’m doing. We’ve already spoke about my next surgery which I will be using Medulux health again and Dr Cem. I look forward to returning to Instanbul and would highly recommend Medulux health and Emin to be your provider for your journey and stay. Thank you again

Just wanted to share my experience with my deep plane face-lift and arm lift. We landed in Istanbul and were met promptly to pick us up to take us to our beautiful hotel communication was 5 stars and we were then picked up at 6.30 am to go through my procedures my consultant was amazing and reassured me I spoke clearly English as did his team and explained everything. I woke up back in my room in no pain but very uncomfortable and won't lie the staff on the night shift were not very attentive I should have added my husband to the group chat so the team could have contacted him to be there when I woke up etc and make sure you've got your nurse buzzer and bed riser at your side at all times. There was a lot of swelling but my surgeon constantly reassured me this was normal and whenever we had questions they were always answered within the hour. It was a brilliant experience and cannot wait to see my results in a few weeks. Had my surgery on April 1st 2024 and I'm from England. I am 61yr so the pictures are only 6dys post operation

I would give a higher rating if I could! You hear the horror stories about surgery abroad but for the price they offer, I decided to research. I initially was going to book with a medical travel agency but quickly realised that they was just the middle man and the reply times were ridiculous. Why pay the same and not go direct? I went onto What Clinic and found Dr Murat as the highest-ranking surgeon (not agency) in Istanbul for breast augmentation. I checked out his reviews and work everywhere I could online and was very satisfied. I sent him a WhatsApp and Abdurrahman replied so fast! We went through my medical history and they accommodated a date so I could get the surgery during the school half term. With the changing Covid-19 situation, I was contacted to inform me that I’d be changing hospital (to a much better one in my opinion) and changes to the itinerary to include a covid test whilst there. My surgery date was 24th Oct 2020. Abdurrahman is a legend! He kept in contact with me at all times, met me at the airport, checked me into the hotel and gave me all the info for the following day. He stayed with me at the hospital to meet with the anaesthetist and get my blood down, which took a while and no fault of his, but he offered me refreshments and kept me informed about the entire process. The service he provided was amazing, even helping me find a local supermarket and got me a charger (thank you!). On the day of the surgery, I met with Dr Murat and Ela who was so lovely. Dr spoke English really well and understood my needs/requirements for surgery. Ela was so sweet and helpful. Within a few hours, I was out of surgery with amazing new boobies! The nurses in the hospital spoke limited English and that was the only issue I found, but I used google translate for that! They to was helpful, supporting me to go to the bathroom and with medication etc. The hospital is like a hotel, so beautiful. I came to Turkey alone but Abdurrahman was always on the other end of the phone to help me. Once back at the hotel I was stuck in the room due to the pain and had to utilise the room service for every meal (top tip: bring your own snacks!) but the nurses Ela & Shuheda and even Dr Murat visited me and kept an eye on my recovery and drains as I was bleeding more than normal (not their fault but this is the reason they ask you to stop certain medications before surgery!). Dr Murat went above and beyond to ensure my bleeding had stopped and I was able to fly home 5 days after my surgery, as planned, with Abdurrahman coming to the hotel to wish me a safe flight and a driver bringing me to the airport. I cannot thank them all enough for the support they have given. The service was beyond amazing, I can’t even put it into words. I’m so grateful because they went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations. Even now, I still bother Abdurrahman (sorry :)) but it’s no problem at all - he’ll help in any way he can and will contact Dr Murat to give me peace of mind, but trust the healing! I’m so grateful and I cannot sing their praises enough, Dr Murat and his team are the go-to people for surgery in Istanbul. I love my new boobs and I’ve still got more recovery to go before they’re at their best! Thank you, Dr Murat, Ela, Shuheda, all the drivers and especially Abdurrahman! Hopefully I’ll see you again when I bring my friends and family over for surgery :)

Dr. Safa Manav is an incredibly talented surgeon with excellent English skills, who listened to my concerns and delivered exactly what I was looking for. I am beyond thrilled with the results of my cosmetic surgery. I feel more confident and beautiful than ever before. Thank you to the entire team for making my experience so positive. Last year I had a mommy makeover with Dr Tummy Tuck, BBL, Breast Reduction. Next year I am planning to come for face surgeries. He said at the same time it's too many surgeries. I sent 3 of my family members. I trust 100%

From start to end, I felt this service was outstanding. Easy to do. All the information they required I was able to send and their communication back was very quick. When I wanted to discuss with my surgeon Dr Afet this was arranged quickly and the fact Dr Afet was able to speak English was a huge relief for myself. After deciding to go ahead with the surgery everything was explained well to me. The transfer at airport to hotel and hotel to hospital were easily managed and detailed so it was one less thing to worry about. My husband came with myself and he was looked after whilst I was in surgery and informed how my surgery was going. The hospital staff were lovely and helpful. There was a translator available at the hospital who was really helpful. After the surgery, Dr Afet saw me twice before I left to go back to the hotel and once before was flying however was able to talk with her at any point if i was concerned. Since coming home again I have been able to talk with her if needed. I am taking my photos and videos as requested to monitor my recovery and still continue to do so. I would highly recommend not only Dr Afet as your surgeon but also her team they all helped but my mind at ease at every opportunity.

What can I say about FLY HEALTH?? Amazing from beginning to end. Firstly I dealt with FIRVA, she was great. Helped me understand everything all along. From picking the right procedure to booking flights and sorting all transfers. Once in Istanbul I met my translator ANIL, and he put me at ease from the very beginning. He made sure all procedures were crystal clear and I understood every little detail from the surgeon (who was also lovely) and who went into detail to what was going to happen from beginning to end. Hospital was spotless, no complaints. Would I use FLY HEALTH again?? Yes I would 100%. I had a gastric bypass revision!

I had my surgery a few weeks ago and highly recommend Dr Murat. He instantly put me at ease and explained everything to be very well and also why lipo couldn't be done in a certain area due to the lymphatic system. Reassured me well as I was terrified being in a foreign country, operating room. I saw him again for 2 post-op checks before I flew home. His office is lovely and clean and modern and his nurses are so friendly and lovely. I am so happy with my results so far. I had full tummy tuck and lipo. If I wanted anything else doing I would come back to him.

At first, I was slightly worried about my surgical procedure (as another person would) - but I was reassured constantly by my consultant who was always approachable, and answered any concerns that I may have had. My experience in Türkiye was delightful, and the staff were professional and polite. My operation was a success and the Doctor was always available afterwards if I needed any questions answered. I would recommend this practice to anyone and hopefully next year, I shall return for further surgical treatment. ☺️

I had Vaser Liposuction at JFS Clinic in September. I was meeting with many clinics and it was very difficult to choose, but thanks to my assistant's quick response to all my questions and our online meeting with the surgeon, I decided to choose this clinic. I made the right decision, the whole process went smoothly, from being met at the airport to pre-operative tests and doctor's check-ups. I highly recommend this Clinic.
