Everything was very good I had breast aesthetic surgery at Aktif International Hospitals last month. My transfer and my hotel or all services were perfect. I had a Septor Rhinoplasty and it was great to feel so welcomed and doctor was amazing first, during and after surgery. Paying attention to every detail. Very happy with final result so far. I also had a hair transplant. Dr. Cinik was amazing as always, great work and fantastic staff. I'm completing 7 days after that and I'm happy with the result so far. In a few months I will be able to share the final result with a big smile on my face. Thanks, Doctor Cinik and all staff. Definitely a great experience.

A year ago I underwent surgery done by Dr Ulas Bali. He is the best surgeon that one could have and in all honesty, he is my lifesaver too. My surgeries consisted of removal of excess skin from neck, arms, tummy tuck, removal of excess skin from tighs and breast augmentation and lifting. It was done so professionally.. no words can describe how happy I am with the new me 😊 From the minute u set foot in the clinic till your discharge day u are given top medical care and checked all the time. I never complained of pain and that was truly amazing. Had 360 lipo to get rid of my love handles and gynecomastia surgery. In Canada, it would be 10k CAD just to get the surgery, nothing else. To get it done in Turkey, it was ~8500 CAD, which included the roundtrip flight, a night in the hospital, the surgery and all the medication and garments, the lymphatic massage, a week in the hotel (including breakfast), and transport to and from the airport/hospital when needed. It was all as they described. I was a little nervous travelling with so much cash, but everything went as planned. Landed, and they picked us up at the described date in a van that said "Milano Clinic" on the side and brought us to the hotel. We checked in, slept overnight, and then were brought to the hospital the next morning. The surgery went as planned (note that you'll wake up shivering intensely from the type of anaesthetic they use), and stayed overnight. I had 4 drains in and the doctor didn't come in on Sundays, so I stayed an extra night in the hospital to see the doctor Monday morning, allowing two of them to be removed. They provided clear instructions on the garments that needed to be worn, and the medication that needed to be taken, and my nurse was amazing (Aleyna). As expected, the first few nights in the hotel sucked because it was hard to sleep, and things didn't fully improve until I had the final two drains removed on my last day (out of their control, it's up to your body to heal enough before they can remove them). Aleyna was amazing and gave extra gauze, a lymphatic massage, and extra follow-up tips. She was, by far, the best person in the experience. If she's still there, treat her well! I'm still recovering ~3 weeks later, but am so far very happy with the results.

Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. Then, during the incision and after, everything was so perfect. I felt no pain. I had no real edema or bruises. It was just a bit swelling until the full recovery. The result is just beautiful. I have nice lips now. This surgery changed my life for real. I feel very pretty now. I really recommend this surgeon. He is very confident and makes you feel confident too. But above all, he is definitely skillful, and the assistant too. She made a great job. I am very grateful. It was the best decision ever made. Istanbul is now one of my favourite destinations ever. It was like a dream from my arrival to the airport until my departure. Everything was perfect, taxis, hotels, food, the clinic, the team: all amazing! I have no other words!

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I was very scared to travel and having labiaplasty done I have been thinking years. To go under this. Lower face life and neck lift. Clinic extremely sterile and clean, equipment all new and high tech. Staff friendly and helpful and speak good English. Pre med thorough. Great private room and all helpfully staff. Central location. Procedure was midday 15 June. Now 18th June and all going ok. Bandages etc. still on so cannot comment on the results.

I found the clinic by doing some research online and contacted them through WhatClinic. Anna Czwordon got in touch with me and explained the whole process. Setting up the appointment and understanding the logistics was really clear and Anna was really nice too. When I arrived in Poland I was collected by the clinics driver and taken to my hotel. The clinics drivers had no problem transferring me to and from the airport and also the clinic. When I was at the clinic all the staff were so nice and caring. I was waiting a little while but that was fine because it was made comfortable for me. Everything was explained really well and I got to meet Dr Lukasz Banasiak for my consultation. Dr Lucasz is a great Dr and person. He made me feel comfortable and in a safe environment. This carried on throughout the process and the surgery. Anna has been in touch since my surgery and has advised me how to look after the scars. I am so happy with the work that has been done I would definitely return to Dr Lucasz for another procedure.

I went to have my gall bladder removed on the 11th of May 2023 From being picked up at the airport in Wroclaw to the minute I went home I was treated brilliantly the staff and doctors were brilliant the coordinators were excellent The clinic was spotlessly clean the nurses were great and very kind to me and my wife who came with me. I had first-class treatment from the first-class staff, I would definitely recommend it if you need treatment for anything. The cost was a fraction of the cost to have it done in the UK and that was including our airfare and hotel! I chose the clinic by looking at reviews and also because I have been to Poland a few times and know Wroclaw well

I decided at the age of 50 to have breast implants and was recommended by Mr Awf Quaba who specialised in this field. My operation took place at the Murrayfield Spire and I was well looked after before and after my operation. Unfortunately, 4 years on I was getting breast implant illness symptoms, I was in a lot of discomfort in the breast area, had hair thinning, anxiety, ocular migraine headaches and developed an autoimmune disease which had to be treated. After reading about BII I decided in 2021 to see Mr Quaba once again to get his advice. I must say he was very understanding and told me the pros and cons of getting a full capsulectomy which removes the implants and capsules surrounding them. In October 2021 I was booked into the Shawfair Spire Hospital and Mr Quaba performed by full capsulectomy which was very successful. 6 months down the line I am feeling so much better with no breast pain, my hair has got thicker and no ocular migraine headaches. I am also down to 2mg of steroids and my neck and shoulder pain has almost gone with my scars hardly visible. I can honestly say Mr Quaba has looked after me so well and I would highly recommend anyone who is considering explant surgery to seek advice from such a professional. These are not cheap procedures but all in all, it was well worth the money to get my health back!
