Sie hat mich kompetent beraten und nahm mir mit ihrer offenen herzlichen Art meine noch vorhandene Unsicherheit. Es ist wirklich von Anfang an alles gut gelaufen. Von der Beratung durch Hülya, über Transfer und Begleitung im Krankenhaus bis zur Abreise wurde ich erstklassig betreut. Meine Betreuerin Hülya sprach sehr gut deutsch und war bei allen Untersuchungen dabei, bis zur OP und auch direkt danach. Sie war jederzeit, 24/7 ansprechbar und hat alles geregelt. Despite finding many dentists in the USA, the costs were exorbitant, around $2,000 per tooth on average. Unable to afford my local dentist, I explored other options. My cousin's experience at Medhera Health Clinic in Turkey was exceptional, with costs significantly lower. Dr. Burak patiently addressed all my concerns, and I ultimately decided to go. The care and staff were outstanding, using top-quality materials like E-Max. Even my US dentist acknowledged the excellent work. Traveling to Antalya was a delightful experience, with a charming boutique hotel and great dining options within walking distance. Exploring the city, visiting the mall, and indulging in a spa day made it unforgettable. Milano clinic was very honest and informative about what she thought my results would be and what direction she thought I should go. Before I even left the first appointment, I scheduled my surgery and decided to do a full back and torso liposuction procedure. Leading up to it, I had many questions which were always answered either at a pre-op appointment or over the phone and I felt very confident going into surgery. The day of was a breeze and while recovery was a little more challenging than I anticipated. The entire staff was there every step of the way. It is now less than two months later and I already see a huge change and am excited for the future. Overall, I would highly recommend Milano Cosmetic Surgery & team due to their professionalism, understanding and awesome results!

I was have treatment for skin tightening, they do amazing results. It's different 4 cm of my hand sculpted tightening and the staff is very professional. I was so comfortable having treatment with and the doctor responds very quickly. I'm very happy.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

Came over from the UK to get Gynecomastia surgery and can't thank them enough. They organised everything from the airport transfer to the hotel and everything went smoothly. Cost for the surgery was the best I could find and really impressed with the results.

Absolutely first class treatment from the start. I was picked up at the airport and I had this driver for the whole duration off my stay. I had a full Tummy Tuck and Liposuction. The clinic itself is lovely and the nurses and reception staff are so helpful and friendly they can’t do enough for you. I choose this particular clinic because of DR Aleksandra Luniewska. The reviews were amazing and what sealed the deal for me was the YouTube video of a lovely Irish lady who did a step by step diary on her treatment from start to finish. It was 10 days ago since I had my surgery and I can’t believe the results, still a bit swollen but no pain. I’m absolutely over the moon. I highly recommend this clinic as the treatment I received was first class. I would also like to thank everyone who looked after me and in particular I would like to thank Dr Aleksandra.

Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.

If I could give the Centre for Surgery a million stars I would! The whole process from the phone call, consultation and surgery itself was absolutely seamless and couldn’t gone better. Coming from someone with a severe needle phobia and not feeling comfortable in a medical setting I felt so comfortable from start to finish. I had an Otoplasty with Dr Michail Vourvachis today and yet I don’t feel any pain and feel like my normal self. All the nurses, reception team and anaesthetists were so kind, caring and attentive especially given that I was so nervous. Dr Michail Vourvachis truly is a one-of-a-kind surgeon, with incredible attention to detail and incredible at calming me down for my procedure. In my initial consultation, he explained absolutely everything I needed to know and I had no questions as he had already answered them all. He is not only an expert in what he does but he is such a kind and caring person who will help put anyone at ease. A huge shoutout to the nurses who were there by my side throughout the whole process. I was so anxious and yet they are all so kind and looked after me so well. And a massive shoutout to the anaesthetist who calmed me down and made me laugh. Thank you so much to the reception team for answering all my questions and being so kind and informative! I’m one of those people who are quite difficult to calm down when I’m anxious and yet everyone genuinely calmed me down and made me feel reassured and looked after. They really did go above and beyond! I have my check-up consultation next week but I couldn’t help to write a review immediately because of how perfect the whole process has been. I’ve had other consultations previously from Harley Street and nothing has come close to how incredible the whole team are here. If anyone is doing their research into where to have surgery I will recommend the Centre for Surgery immediately. I felt like I was in such safe hands. Thank you all so much I am so grateful!

From being picked up at airport the whole experience was so stress free. I had knee replacement surgery. The hospital and the staff from the surgeon to the medical team were brilliant. I would like to thank especially Oskar for always being there with any problems and Malgorzata (physio)for always being so friendly and supportive. I would recommend this procedure to anyone.

Good customer service. Easy to find for foreigners and not too expensive! I had a checkup, cavity fill with a local anesthetic, and an x-ray, all under an hour.
