A friend of mine got Profilho done by her eyelash extension technician, and her face was black and blue with bruises for a week afterwards. So I was very wary of the treatment – but it turned out I didn’t need to be. I had two sessions of Profhilo and neither left so much as a red mark, let alone a bruise. What I’ve learned is that it all comes down to the skill of the person administering the injections; it takes a really specialist technique to prevent bruising, and the staff at Dr Rakus’ clinic are serious experts. I am thrilled with the results.

I have been to the TOA clinic three times now. Twice for lip filler and most recently, tear trough filler. I cannot recommend it enough. I have been to various places over the years so I feel like I have enough to compare with. Sofia’s consultations are proper and precise. The work will not commence until it is understood exactly what you desire. She also makes great suggestions. The procedures are always painless. I don’t know how she does it, whether it’s a technique or the needle itself or perhaps both. What I’m most pleased about is how long the results last. I have always had the ultimate trust in Julie and had various treatments over the years at her clinic, including anti wrinkle injections and Profhilo. Stupidly I spontaneously had filler at another place, completely not thought through and after I’d had my nails done! I regretted it immediately. I ended up with the ‘joker’ smile, I absolutely hated it. I couldn’t look in the mirror. I felt very foolish when I told Julie however she was very understanding. She explained that the filler had been injected into areas incorrectly which then stopped natural movement and meant I had the joker smile and sort of chipmunk cheeks! I hated it. I had the filler removed with such care from Julie and her colleague. They carefully checked where the filler was before injecting to dissolve it. I was extremely happy with the results and, as usual, Julie’s professionalism.

Had skin tags removed. I've had them along time and it's something I've wanted done for along time too. After a slight hiccup in communication from groupon and myself, Jules was very accommodating and after a quick chat I proceeded with the treatment at an increase in cost but I was happy to pay it. My first cosmetic procedure ever and after reading the website I was quite confident I'd found the business I'd like to use as it was full with information and a back story, this feeling became stronger after talking to Jules. There's a car park nearby that offers free parking for 2 hours (literally a 2 minute walk). The premises was clean and Jules was waiting to great me.
