I had my gastric bypass surgery a month ago and I've already lost 2 stones! As someone who has been trying to lose weight for years it's already been an amazing journey. I am very happy. The Clinic Center team was very helpful from the beginning encouraging me to exercise and diet as well. Well my journey isn’t quite over but thought I’d share my experience so far! All the staff at vanity have been great and really do their best for you! From patient co-ordinators, customer experience experts, surgeons and even transport staff have all been so kind and helpful and work with you to get the outcome you desire! I would recommend vanity for cosmetic surgery if this is a route you are considering! I came with a friend and my partner and I would highly recommend you bring someone with you for support and company when back at the hotel! Enes and Aleyna in particular have been fantastic and I can’t thank them enough for their help and support! I have recently had 2 Alcon Panoptix trifocal lenses fitted in my eyes along with 5 tooth implants. The service given by SAM patient services was of the highest calibre. Everything was done seamlessly. The surgeons were excellent and I felt at ease the whole time. I would recommend these to anyone.

I was picked up, on time, from the airport, taken to a nice hotel. In the morning, I was collected and taken to the hospital. I had blood tests done and an ecg. Taken to my room. The surgeon came to see me Dr Erol Demirseren and explained everything which was going to be done to me. I was taken to the theatre. When I came back, I was well looked after by the staff, and all my questions were answered. The doctors assistant Erin, was lovely, and on call 24/7. He came to the hotel room, dressed my wounds and gave me all the information I needed. He was a lovely, kind, funny man. The coordinators were also on hand, on the phone to answer all my questions, I think one of them was named Ayse. All in all a good experience. I would use Clinic Direct again. Thank you everyone. By the way, I had a neck lift. .

I went to Turkey in September 2023 for gastric sleeve surgery. We were picked up at the airport in a private transfer and taken to the hospital and greeted by the wonderful Irem. The staff were amazing, the nurses and staff at the hospital, the cleaners, the surgeon were all brilliant. Irem took care of me and was there every step of the way, any questions were answered and I felt so at ease. Everything was thoroughly explained at all points, tests were extremely thorough. Everyone was really sweet. The coordinator was a sweet young lady who explained everything to me. She made me feel comfortable and made sure I understood the whole process. She made sure I was well taken care of with my transportation and my hotel. The doctor was really nice and he took good care of me. I'm happy with my surgery. The price was really good for my Vaser chin and leg liposuction.

I had my mini gastric bypass in April but unfortunately had some complications. The many many pre-op assessments didn't show anything was wrong. The surgeons saved my life due to their knowledge and experience. This hospital is the most amazing place. It is spotlessly clean with well-trained staff. The nurses attended me every time I needed and they couldn't do enough to ensure I was comfortable. The surgeons came to see me every day and check my health and encourage me when I was down. My husband was with me and he was fed 3 meals a day without fail and he had a comfortable bed beside me. I cannot recommend this hospital enough. I can assure you will get the best treatment from all the staff from surgeons to auxiliary staff. I will definitely be choosing this hospital for skin surgery.

I had the gastric sleeve operation and this clinic was recommended by some friends who have used this clinic. They are now 2 and 1 year post op and they rated it a 5 star service. The service was amazing from start to finish. The communication on what's app was fantastic with Faith Ozturk . You get the same driver throughout and he was so happy and helpful. The hospital was spotless and every member of staff gave you such a high standard of care. The hotel we stayed at was beautiful. My mum came with me and she was given breakfast, lunch and dinner each day which she said tasted lovely. She stayed with me at the hospital and was given her own bed. You are given all your medication to take home with you and a specific diet plan which is very through. The communication continues when you get home and they are always there to help. I'm so glad that I chose to have this done and all the members of the team evolved have made this a great experience. Just all round brilliant . I would 100% recommend them.

What a wonderful team. From the time I stepped in the hospital I was greeted by Nesrin who has a lovely friendly smile. I arrive on the 7th Oct. She explained everything in detail in a calm way on what examinations I will be having for the go ahead of my surgery. This took a couple of hours but to be fair it went quick. This is when I met the surgeon again- very welcoming and friendly made me feel at ease. He explained everything even showed me the instrument that they will be using and showed me the make and where they purchase these from (not China) I asked my all my questions which was answered so had no worries. My room wasn't quite ready so was allowed to go out exploring the surroundings which was great as there was a market on 8th Oct went down for my surgery at 8 o'clock. Next minute was waking up in my room feeling very cold. In and out of sleep for the rest of the day. From then on I was being monitored by the nurses, given pain killers drips etc. Was well looked after. Also met Burcu what a lovely person. Who went out of her way to drive us to the nice restaurants (before surgery) really is amazing person. Day before I left I had a meeting with the nutritionist who explained thoroughly what I will be eating drinking exercises and time frames. I was given all my drugs and got myself a month's worth of protein shakes. Finally picked up at 9 o'clock on the 11th Oct in the evening by there driver to the airport. All I can say is thank you all for being there for me throughout my stay and would definitely go back to the NewMe health clinic.
