I originally went to Renata due to relationship (attachment) issues and health anxiety in Winter 2021. I was initially expecting some help to get me through hard times, but it went far beyond my expectations. Over the course of 8 months (1 hour weekly sessions), Renata effectively triaged and treated the most severe issues (health anxiety) before using the same powerful tools to help me in life in general. Besides her deep knowledge, Renata is a brilliant listener, naturally fun and very easy to talk to. This makes for easy work even on daunting issues. I found it especially useful that she isn't afraid to give creative advice also, drawing on her deep experience in psychotherapy and even biology and philosophy to support more traditional techniques. Specifically we used CBT and schema tools. I'll always consider myself a work in progress, but I feel much less anxious, stronger and more at home in my own head than I have in years! Moreover, she has taught me the tools to maintain this and continually improve. It is honestly the best gift I could have given myself. I only wish I went years ago.

Counselling. Brenda is super smart, kind and empathetic. She knows just when to stretch me, when to sit back and wait for me to come to my own conclusion. I've really benefited from our sessions and taken away so many tools that I can apply in every aspect of my life. In particular, how to manage my anxiety and low self-esteem. Have recommended Brenda to a number of friends.

Going to see Greta helped me get through a difficult period. From the very first session, she listened and asked questions. She helped me identify patterns in my thoughts and behaviour and understand the way my thoughts work. She gave me very practical strategies to help me become more aware and present. This has helped me manage stress and anxiety in my life. I highly recommend Greta as a counsellor. She is a highly knowledgeable and skilled professional with great empathy. She has empowered me to change negative thought patterns, be more assertive and have a better quality of life.
