Liposuction & arm lift. Hospital and staff excellent. Pleased with results. I expected a 4 star hotel as that is what was agreed and pictures of said hotel sent to me, However I was not given that hotel I got a basic 2 star hotel- it was clean and staff friendly but not somewhere I wanted to spend a week in. I was moved to a 3 star hotel after complaining with that said I would still recommend as the coordinators I met were all very helpful and friendly.

Full stop: Dr Burak from Medhera Health Clinic is the dentist you need to go to! Due to an accident as a child, I have always struggled with my smile. I damaged one of my front teeth and required a crown from the age of 7 or 8. Last year while travelling, my crown (performed by another dentist) fell out, and I was left with a missing front tooth. I began to investigate treatment plans, thinking I'd get a dental implant. Let's just say, the quotes and treatment plans I received from other dentists were ridiculous, full of unnecessary cosmetic procedures, such as full front 8 veneers, when I only had one bad tooth! At that point, I was considering going to Europe to have my treatment done, then I took a chance on Dr Burak. From the moment I first met him, I knew I was in great hands. He never recommended any unnecessary treatments or cosmetic procedures, it was clear he wanted to provide me with the most cost-effective and efficient treatment plan to get the best possible result. It was also clear, that giving people perfect smiles is NOT about the money for him. He is truly passionate about his work and above everything else 100% TRUSTWORTHY. Dr. Burak recommended that I get Clear Correct to correct my bite before installing a dental implant. He never once brought up the idea of getting veneers to make it easier to colour-match my crown, after speaking to his staff it was clear that he would not perform veneers unless there was no better option. If you've ever researched this procedure you know that veneers and crowns ultimately need to be replaced every 10 years or so. Some dentists love to recommend them because it's guaranteed you'll be coming back to the office to drop about 10-20k on your smile in 10 years. Dr. Burak is NOT that dentist. When starting the Clear Correct treatment, I had two options, either wait with no front tooth to get my dental implant (that would mean painting a front tooth onto each Clear Correct tray) or get a crown. With no dental insurance, I wasn't sure what to do and considered getting the crown done elsewhere. Worried about my results, Dr. Burak performed the crown procedure for me at cost. Despite this generous gift, the procedure was performed with the same exactitude and artistry Dr. Burak extends to all of his patients. I was sent to a lab for custom colour matching and received the best crown I have ever seen. It perfectly matches my other teeth. Now my Clear Correct treatment is completed, my crown is still going strong (no need presently to pursue the dental implant) and my teeth look amazing. I had bulbous nose and my surgery had in May 2023. Dr Bahitten is very professional I’m really satisfied with the results. The hospital was clean and tidy and the staff was very friendly & helpful. Ideal for solo travellers. The package was responsible too. Please ask for medical documents before leaving the hospital cause on Airport you can be ask for your reports. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.

Professional, helpful and friendly team. My medical manager who assisted me before treatment and during whole trip was super cute and caring, helped me organizing everything I needed. My plastic surgeon was fantastic, he made me calm and not stressed. I am more than happy with my tummy result, it was my dream for many years. Finally it came true with this amazing team. The treatment was excellent. It is a very modern clinic with good service. I had prelex operation with trifocal toric lens. Everything went just fine and now I do not need any spectacles. I chose this clinic because of the praise and because of the recommendations they have got from their patients. I also want to recommend to use Dana my taxi driver in Prague. She is reliable and has fixed prices.

I contacted the hospital at night requesting a possible surgery the next day so I could still catch my flight the day after. The Doctor and his team were extremely organized, and very detailed and ensured I had a successful surgery. I was able to catch my flight the next day out of Istanbul without any medical issues. I was booked for a free eye check during my next visit to Istanbul to confirm that my eyes were in perfect condition. Absolutely amazing!!! I cannot praise Dr Acar enough!! From my first contact by email mail to my final meeting she was an angel! Everything was explained including what was considered to be the best treatment for me and why it was considered to be best for me. I cannot praise the Doctor and her assistant enough. And what marvellous results!! I have worn glasses for the best part of 70 years and now I can see better than I ever did. I am still stunned by the wonderful result of my operations.!!!

I've had a pacemaker installed on a hospital in South America, when I needed a check-up, I chose Florence Nightingale Hospital in Istanbul. It was a very good choice for me. The process was very efficient and I was in the hands of very competent people. That the have a person to take care of foreign patients, is a brilliant idea. And Mr. Alisher Durdyyev was excellent. I was happy about everything I encountered here, and I'll be back in December.

I adore this clinic! I recommend it 100 percent. I was unsure about getting trifocal lens replacement, as it is my eyes! I was actually getting dental work in Antalya and I had money left over. I had researched lots of eye hospitals in the area already. I had it narrowed down to about three places. Orbit was the most reasonably priced. But this did not mean anything, as Orbit was the best choice I could have made! It was a wonderful experience. I’m so glad I made my mind up to go for it and that Orbit was my choice. Burak is the coordinator in Orbit. A nicer man, you could not meet. Burak is absolutely lovely. I felt like he was an old friend. His English is great, so language is not an issue. He makes you feel very much at ease. I will never forget his kindness. The rest of the staff at Orbit are also so nice. It has a big family feel, as everyone gets on with each other. This is transmitted to the clients who use the service, as there is a very nice feeling. Absolutely not the least bit intimidating. My daughter was with me and Burak took her to the staff canteen and gave her lunch whilst I was getting my treatment. I thought that was lovely. The trifocal operation is nothing to worry about. I’m extremely nervous as a person but I did not need sedation. They put lots of drops in prior to your operation. You do not feel a thing. It’s an amazing operation. No smell, no pain, absolutely amazing. After the operation, you will not be able to look at lights, so remember dark glasses. Burak kindly arranges all your transport, back to your hotel. I went back not long after, armed with lots of eye drops. Next day back for first control and a few days later for the next one. About 10 days after, I feel brilliant! I can see so well. My distance is perfect and close up almost so - it a little bright sometimes but it’s getting less everyday. I just can’t believe how good this operation is. Please do not hesitate to get it, at this wonderful clinic. They have truly changed my life. Thank you 🙏
