Dr. Alfredo and all the staff at the clinic are amazing, very friendly and helpful. Dr. Alfredo took the time to explain in detail all that needed to be done (broken crown, cracked tooth, small cavity) he made sure I was comfortable and informed with each step. He even sent my X-ray to a specialist to check a spot on my jawbone (that no dentist in Canada has ever mentioned to me). I was very happy and thankful for the very thoughtful and thorough work. I will definitely be recommending Dr. Alfredo and his clinic.
Highest grade for Armenta. They not only did top-notch work on our teeth, they were continually juggling their schedules to accommodate our needs as they were determined by our examinations and work in progress. Highly recommended. We'll likely be back for further work if and as needed.
Follow up to Implant Review. I had mentioned in a prior post how my procedures went very well. So, three days after receiving my treatment I was eating a meal and the temporary crown became loose. Most likely my fault but nonetheless I luckily had already booked a return flight to Vallarta for the weekend. I contacted Dr Claudio T and told him about my problem. He and Dr Arlette met me at their office on a Sunday afternoon. We decided it was best to change courses and construct multiple mouthguards with a tooth embedded to replace my missing tooth for the duration of the healing process. They worked on these items for over two hours and made perfect fitting mouthguards. They were so kind and caring to do this on their day off and on a Sunday no doubt. To top it off, there was no charge. I cannot imagine this happening in the USA on a Sunday, let alone for no extra charge. They felt it was their responsibility to take care of me as a patient. Dr Ivan Hernandez is such a competent and compassionate professional. I had to have an extraction and was reluctant to do so. He patiently and kindly explained the whole situation and the role that tooth would play in prolonging my ongoing issues. He sent me for tomography which was the fastest, easiest, most pleasant thing ever and he used those images to explain the problems and make it very clear for me to see what my situation is. His assistant Paulina is a professional and warm person. Together they make a really great team. While the office is small, it has everything needed including a big screen TV for reviewing the images of the teeth and then for showing music concerts that were a good distraction while Dr. Hernandez worked on me. I found the cost of the 2 deep, periodontal cleanings I needed plus the other procedures, to be very reasonable, less than 80USD. I have finally found a dentist here, who I feel good about.
