I underwent an aesthetic procedure on my nose at Dr. Toncic's polyclinic. The staff at the clinic were very kind individuals who took great care of me after my surgery. Dr. Dinko Toncic, the surgeon, is very skilled in modifying an individuals nose to their looks, leaving them with a nose that looks proportional to the face and an overall better physical appearance. I am very happy with my nose now and would recommend polyclinic Toncic to anyone seeking a satisfying rhinoplasty result.

I had a Septor Rhinoplasty and it was great to feel so welcomed and doctor was amazing first, during and after surgery. Paying attention to every detail. Very happy with final result so far. I also had a hair transplant. Dr. Cinik was amazing as always, great work and fantastic staff. I'm completing 7 days after that and I'm happy with the result so far. In a few months I will be able to share the final result with a big smile on my face. Thanks, Doctor Cinik and all staff. Definitely a great experience.

I came to Istanbul to have a breast reduction. Medulux health and my PA Emin were fantastic throughout the whole experience. From the flight to transfer once landing in Instanbul, I was made to feel very at ease and considering I was going there for surgery I didn’t feel nervous at all. We were taking to a small town called ortakoy which is such a lovely place for sightseeing! Had some food and got to know our PA a little more face to face. From there straight to the hospital for paperwork and to get comfortable for the evening before surgery to next day. The nurses were fabulous. I slept really well that evening. Again the next day I wasn’t nervous, I met the fabulous Dr Cem, my surgeon who was extremely professional and again made me feel very at ease. I had very large heavy breast so I don’t know what I was expecting but I can honestly say I’m incredibly happy with my surgery. He did a fantastic job and I’ve tonnes more confidence. After two days at hospital, I went to stay in a gorgeous hotel in ortakoy called the crowne plaza. It was absolutely beautiful. Everyone again was so helpful. The food was incredible! You really did feel like royalty. The surgery, transfers and hotel were all included with no hidden costs. You knew exactly where you stood. This was all sorted out by Medulux health and of course Emin. We literally didn’t have to make any arrangements, it was such a breeze and very relaxing after my recovery. Since surgery, I speak to Emin as he always checks in to see how I’m doing. We’ve already spoke about my next surgery which I will be using Medulux health again and Dr Cem. I look forward to returning to Instanbul and would highly recommend Medulux health and Emin to be your provider for your journey and stay. Thank you again

It was my second time visiting Doctor AFET. She is great. She will make you feel comfortable and will explain exactly the procedure. She will not give you false hope, and she is very honest. I did my eyebrows lift and rhinoplasty. I did not bruise a lot, and her assistant Deniz is the best. She always replies fast and will help you at any time, even with things not concerning the clinic. (She was ordering my food while I was staying at the hotel.) I would recommend her 1000%.

I had a mid facelift with eye lid surgery. Dr Banu Aksoy is amazing, a very kind and gentle surgeon who really cares about her patients. I would definitely go back to her as she is amazing and I’m really pleased with my results.

In September 2022, I had a hair transplant with 4500 grafts. Not only they looked after me in every step before the operation but even after the operation and answered all my questions along the way. They give you the vibe that ‘’these guys know what they are doing’’. I definitely recommend them.

Lovely and very helpful staff, I could not have asked for a better experience for my breast augmentation. The recovery was so fast and easy with little pain, and no complications, and after a year since I’ve had the surgery, I am over the moon with the results. They look so natural and healthy, and I’m so happy. Thank you once again, I highly recommend it!

At first, I was slightly worried about my surgical procedure (as another person would) - but I was reassured constantly by my consultant who was always approachable, and answered any concerns that I may have had. My experience in Türkiye was delightful, and the staff were professional and polite. My operation was a success and the Doctor was always available afterwards if I needed any questions answered. I would recommend this practice to anyone and hopefully next year, I shall return for further surgical treatment. ☺️

It wasn't an easy decision for another rhinoplasty as after the first one I was left with blocked collapsing misshaped nose that left me traumatised for years to come. Took me 10 years to get over it and made a step toward normal looking Me. Did some research and decided for a trip to meet not known by me or friends, Dr.Ferhat in Istanbul and that was my lottery win!!! I was very sceptical having somewhere in back of my head the bad experience from the past but meeting Dr for the first time I realised he was a truly passionate Dr who really wants to help!!! I could see his passion in his eyes when he was checking out my nose before surgery, clearly explaining it wasn't an easy case as the nose was basically collapsing from every side but also gave me hope that we could use my rib cartridge to re-built my nose. I was shocked but at the same time I said to him: dr do your magic, you are the artist here! I fully trusted him. The entire process went really smooth and easy as the entire team were next to me all the time with all the help and support. Had my break down at some point -panic attack - but with help of dr and his team, I made it through leaving Istanbul the happiest me I ever! Coming from a bad experience I had a high expectations I could not believe what I saw after cast removed, the results were way beyond my expectations, expected a lot but not that much. My nose was beautiful from every possible side, unlocked breathing all rebuilt and stabled no more falling apart collapsing deflated look like ballon!!! Wanted to cry and hug each of the team member but I was shocked and overwhelmed with my new stunning nose! Left the surgery with a smile on my face!! Dr Ferhat gave me not only a new functional nose but new Me - the person who was hiding for so many years. It feels like my life turned. I look into mirror with a smile swinging happy confident me again!!!! I couldn't be happier I made this decision and trusted your skills and professionalism!!! I had a trachea shave done by Professor Zoran last week and I'm already so pleased with the results! He did an amazing job and I've never felt so relaxed and comfortable going into surgery. He was extremely professional and spoke perfect English. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get quality work and a great price. I've had two other cosmetic surgeries in the past by different surgeons in Canada and Poland and professor Zoran was by far my favourite surgeon! You can tell he loves his job and truly cares about his clients. The clinic was easy to find and the staff was very friendly!

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

After having three children (all natural births) I felt that my bladder had weakened and my private area needed a rejuvenation. I contemplated and done a lot of research before finding Hylia Health. I was over the moon because the surgeon is female, for some this may not matter but personally, this put me at ease and made me feel more comfortable. Finally, I decided to go ahead and book and I am so glad I did. It has been one of the best choices I have made for myself. I feel much more confident and I can drink liters of water without multiple trips to the toilet. Hylia health where very professional and supportive every step of the way, before and after treatment. They arranged transfers to pick me up from my hotel and drop me back. They have a coordinator who spoke extremely good English and was even able to advise on the best places to go out to eat and do fun activities. Now I'm back in the UK they are still in contact with me via what's app and I can contact them anytime if I have any concerns.

Surgery Treatment: Breast Augmentation Satisfaction: I am very happy with the service by the nurses and staff (Alex) who have been accompanying me from the beginning of the procedure to my surgery and till my post-operation. Everything was very professional and the process was very smooth. Dr. Thanakom was also very experienced and patient in explaining the procedure to me and answering all of my questions. Most importantly they are very efficient in their service and aftercare for patients. It made my whole surgery process less nervous knowing I was in good care and hands. Dr Raj is terrific, his demeanour immediately puts you at ease. Today was my second visit to this beautiful, clean and friendly clinic. After another very thorough consultation, medical history and giving consent my treatment commenced. I had Face tite with liposuction followed by Morpheus 8. Although the treatment sounded a little scary I didn’t feel any pain, the anaesthetic made sure of that. I can’t recommend Dr Raj enough. Nothing was too much trouble and his cheeky smile is a bonus.

Saw Laura at Joondalup yesterday as I needed some advice on some eye rejuvenation. She was very professional, really knowledgeable and I left with lots of possible options for my specific concern. Will definitely see Laura again for future treatments.

I am an older white male from the UK. I selected Pitangui like most overseas visitors from internet reviews. The web site, the reviews and the experience of Dr Yoo over the years of this clinic shine through. He has an outstanding reputation and I am more than happy with the surgery, the pain management and the clear explanations. I underwent Upper and Lower blepharoplasty plus eye bag repositioning (removal of fat deposits etc). My fellow traveller, a lady of fewer years underwent the same and she is equally impressed with the result. Dr Yoo has an excellent staff around him who not only have sound and commendable medical procedures but also reduce the hassle of the whole visit; taxis, accommodation, airports etc. Pitangui is neither a ‘sausage factory or an impersonal clinic. It is friendly, approachable and totally honest, Ther is no ‘hard sell’ or attempt to push further procedures. In a Korean domestic market reportedly approaching saturation point, such excellent staff as Sarah who offers clear and practical solutions to the problems clarifies charges and irons out the wrinkles in one's journey mean it is a pleasure to come under Dr Yoo’s organisation. Sarah is extremely good at her job. She is helpful, kind and no problem is too difficult for her. Without her fine language skills, directions and support, the journey through Seoul would have been far more difficult. She reaches out to the customers frequently and effectively. Assisted by Debora, Sarah runs the team of ‘angels’ that are the face of Pitangui. In summary, Dr Yoo is an outstanding surgeon who has gathered a most effective team around him. His work is excellent but it is the support team that move this clinic up to be without doubt one of the best.

Excellent doctor!!!! From my first visit to his office I felt safe and confident. Before the procedure, he explained in detail what he was going to do. The result was better than I imagined. His whole team was excellent. Mr. Karantonis was available at all times to answer my every question, no matter what time I needed him both pre and post-operatively. I highly recommend him. I found the clinic by doing some research online and contacted them through WhatClinic. Anna Czwordon got in touch with me and explained the whole process. Setting up the appointment and understanding the logistics was really clear and Anna was really nice too. When I arrived in Poland I was collected by the clinics driver and taken to my hotel. The clinics drivers had no problem transferring me to and from the airport and also the clinic. When I was at the clinic all the staff were so nice and caring. I was waiting a little while but that was fine because it was made comfortable for me. Everything was explained really well and I got to meet Dr Lukasz Banasiak for my consultation. Dr Lucasz is a great Dr and person. He made me feel comfortable and in a safe environment. This carried on throughout the process and the surgery. Anna has been in touch since my surgery and has advised me how to look after the scars. I am so happy with the work that has been done I would definitely return to Dr Lucasz for another procedure.
