Everything was very good I had breast aesthetic surgery at Aktif International Hospitals last month. My transfer and my hotel or all services were perfect. I would like to share my personal experiences as a foreign patient as well as my gratitude with Dr. and his team. I am 26 years old, and I underwent both Bella Eyes and Trinity Lift on July 1st, 2022. Before the surgery, I had so many concerns since I was supposed to undergo the operation in a foreign country, however, the doctor and his wife as well as their international patient coordinator Fatih were so helpful and kind from the very beginning. First, I had a face-to-face consultation with the doctor and then my photos were taken by their professional photographer, then I waited a couple of hours in my room until I was taken into the operating room. After the operation, there were bandages on my face to prevent swelling and oedema, but I had extreme swelling and oedema, which made me feel frustrated at first!! (I was told before that the amount of swelling would change from patient to patient), I felt pain in my face for which I was given painkillers, I can say that was the worst part of the post-operation process. I was so afraid and in pain, but when I asked the doctor, I was told even the amount of pain and swelling changed, so I needed to wait. Then after a couple of days, I left the country and started to wait to see the result. I had to live with a swollen face for a week or two, I was also told that the final result will be visible no sooner than two months. Once the swelling was completely gone, I started to love my result, that’s why I decided to share the whole process with those who are interested in these two surgeries. Once again, I would like to point out that the amount of pain and swelling may vary for others, but I can say it was worth the wait and pain!! I came to Istanbul to have a breast reduction. Medulux health and my PA Emin were fantastic throughout the whole experience. From the flight to transfer once landing in Instanbul, I was made to feel very at ease and considering I was going there for surgery I didn’t feel nervous at all. We were taking to a small town called ortakoy which is such a lovely place for sightseeing! Had some food and got to know our PA a little more face to face. From there straight to the hospital for paperwork and to get comfortable for the evening before surgery to next day. The nurses were fabulous. I slept really well that evening. Again the next day I wasn’t nervous, I met the fabulous Dr Cem, my surgeon who was extremely professional and again made me feel very at ease. I had very large heavy breast so I don’t know what I was expecting but I can honestly say I’m incredibly happy with my surgery. He did a fantastic job and I’ve tonnes more confidence. After two days at hospital, I went to stay in a gorgeous hotel in ortakoy called the crowne plaza. It was absolutely beautiful. Everyone again was so helpful. The food was incredible! You really did feel like royalty. The surgery, transfers and hotel were all included with no hidden costs. You knew exactly where you stood. This was all sorted out by Medulux health and of course Emin. We literally didn’t have to make any arrangements, it was such a breeze and very relaxing after my recovery. Since surgery, I speak to Emin as he always checks in to see how I’m doing. We’ve already spoke about my next surgery which I will be using Medulux health again and Dr Cem. I look forward to returning to Instanbul and would highly recommend Medulux health and Emin to be your provider for your journey and stay. Thank you again

I went to Centrumedica for breast augmentation as well as vaser liposuction. All l can say is my surgeon was very nice and professional. He listened to all my wishes. Everything went quickly and without any complications. The nurses at the hospital were also very personable and that made me also feel very comfortable during my stay. So far I am very satisfied with the results, it turned out better than I had wished.
