Everything was very good I had breast aesthetic surgery at Aktif International Hospitals last month. My transfer and my hotel or all services were perfect. I had a breast uplift on 2nd November with Dr. Caner Kacmaz. I had researched a few surgeons and really liked the visual results of his uplifts (without implants) the best, so chose him. From the initial enquiry I dealt with Ebru, the patient liaison manager, who was able to provide all the relevant information needed prior to booking, arranged my stay, transport, and pre and post op consultations, and was always at on the end of the phone if I had any further queries or concerns. The surgery went really well, however, I did incur some unexpected swelling, which the team picked up on and Dr. Kacmaz came straight back to put me at ease, for which I am extremely grateful. 5 days post-surgery, I had my final consultation where I was given the all-clear and provided with the recommended aftercare, and I was able to fly home and am recovering really well! I absolutely love the results and now love my body again! Dr. Kacmaz is a genius and I cannot thank him enough for helping to change the way I feel about my body!

Grateful. Thankful is what I felt for each of the professionals who made my dream come true. The receptionists gave me full support before and after the surgery. They chose the best hotel. The nurses treated me with love as if I were they’re family. I felt comfortable and calm even though I was in an unfamiliar country. The doctors, surgeons and anesthesiologists did a great job. This is my second visit to Cevre Hospital this year. I would highly recommend. Chnaz was my coordinator and has looked after me the whole process. My surgeon Dr Duran has done excellent procedures and his work is excellent. Everyone was so attentive and I was looked after very well by all staff and nurses. Hotel is beautiful also. I came to Istanbul to have a breast reduction. Medulux health and my PA Emin were fantastic throughout the whole experience. From the flight to transfer once landing in Instanbul, I was made to feel very at ease and considering I was going there for surgery I didn’t feel nervous at all. We were taking to a small town called ortakoy which is such a lovely place for sightseeing! Had some food and got to know our PA a little more face to face. From there straight to the hospital for paperwork and to get comfortable for the evening before surgery to next day. The nurses were fabulous. I slept really well that evening. Again the next day I wasn’t nervous, I met the fabulous Dr Cem, my surgeon who was extremely professional and again made me feel very at ease. I had very large heavy breast so I don’t know what I was expecting but I can honestly say I’m incredibly happy with my surgery. He did a fantastic job and I’ve tonnes more confidence. After two days at hospital, I went to stay in a gorgeous hotel in ortakoy called the crowne plaza. It was absolutely beautiful. Everyone again was so helpful. The food was incredible! You really did feel like royalty. The surgery, transfers and hotel were all included with no hidden costs. You knew exactly where you stood. This was all sorted out by Medulux health and of course Emin. We literally didn’t have to make any arrangements, it was such a breeze and very relaxing after my recovery. Since surgery, I speak to Emin as he always checks in to see how I’m doing. We’ve already spoke about my next surgery which I will be using Medulux health again and Dr Cem. I look forward to returning to Instanbul and would highly recommend Medulux health and Emin to be your provider for your journey and stay. Thank you again

I chose Uniqus for my rhinoplasty surgery. They picked me up from the airport in VIP vehicles and took me to the Marriott hotel. The hotel was beyond perfect! I had an exceptional experience at Dr. Derya Bingöl’s clinic! The doctor was extremely professional, caring, and attentive throughout the entire experience. I felt confident in Doctor’s abilities and appreciated the way she and her staff took the time to explain everything to me in detail. Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true.
