I travelled from Ireland for the smas facelift and neck… Dr Rataj and Natalie are true professionals, Natalie went out of her way for me, making sure everything was perfect..Dr Rataj explained everything in detail, and has a very calming nature. The results are absolutely amazing, so natural looking,100 percent satisfied… I was swollen the first night, no pain but no problems after that, I was on my flight back 2 days later, took it easy for the first week, went back to work the second week, very easy to hide with my long hair. I would recommend staying in the Leo apartments, very central. The price I paid was only 3,700. I highly recommend Dr Rataj, very skilled and professional.

I have attended Noa clinic in Wroclaw to receive surgery from Adam and his team on 3 occasions. First - 8 years ago to have breast implants Second - to have a correction to the surgery (this was my error as I went back to netball to soon and was not an error of the clinic). The clinic was fantastic in supporting me with a convenient date for surgery and I can not thank them enough. I was very happy with the results of my surgery. Third time - to have implants removed and an uplift. For no other reason than I no longer wanted them in. Once again the team, surgery and after care was fantastic. Take your google translate app if you wish to have more in depth conversations with the care team and you don't speak Polish. However if you only want conversations around your care/treatment/pain relief etc the nursing staff have excellent English skills. I am a very nervous anxious patient and I could not thank Adam and his team enough.

Time of the procedure: 3-4 hours.Anaesthetic: Procedure is performed under general anaesthetic. The lenght of stay with us: After the procedure, the patient stays at the clinic for 2 days, and then remains under the doctors control for up to 10-12 days. Recommendations to be followed after the procedure: - during first 6 weeks it is necessary to wear a special bra,- in case of office workers 1 week of work leave is recommended whereas in case of manual workers 2 weeks of work leave are recommended.  - scars will be pink up to a few months, about 3 weeks after the surgery incision should be treated with a special ointments - Dermatix that help to heal the scars and make them whiten.- during the first 6 weeks you cannot do any exercises, e.g aerobic, fitness, swimming, etc.;- during the first 3 months: sun-bathing, solarium and sauna are forbidden;- each of our patients receive more individual information concerning further procedures at the discharge from the clinic.

Sometimes when patient lost a lot of weight its necessary to perform also removal of the excess skin with glands.
